This Commission creates and approves a Comprehensive Plan and makes a recommendation on the Plan to City Council. The Commission undertakes a continuing planning program for the physical, social, economic growth, development, and redevelopment of the City of Isle of Palms. The Commission also makes land use decisions that are consistent with the policies and plans formally adopted by the City Council

The Wild Dunes Community Association provides continuity between the various Wild Dunes neighborhoods by ensuring architectural integrity, maintaining common properties, providing services to owners, promoting pride and protecting values.

Member of the Finance Committee which establishes the annual budget and reviews ongoing financial status and long term needs of the organization.

As Chairman of this committee, responsible for the annual budgeting process and oversight of monthly financial reporting in conjunction with city staff.

The Recreation Committee is responsible for providing activities, budgeting the annual expenses, overseeing policies, and reviewing procedures at the IOP Recreation Center, as well as any special events sponsored by the City. The Committee works diligently to ensure equal recreational opportunities for all citizens and reports to City Council on the condition of the center and the activities
